Robert Toczycki is an accomplished Intellectual Property attorney with over two decades of IP experience in effectively creating value through the development and management of corporate IP portfolios. Mr. Toczycki spent a portion of his career in Silicon Valley where he developed and managed a patent portfolio for an interactive television company that netted over $260M.
Mr. Toczycki’s responsibilities include legal and technical due-diligence for various licensing, acquisition and IP litigation projects, claim chart generation, reviews and ratings of large IP portfolios. He has participated in multiple patent litigations, where he managed review of computer source code involving terabytes of produced data and hundreds of infringing devices.
Mr. Toczycki holds a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He is admitted to practice law in IL and before the United States Patent Office.
